Pasteurization, which is a kind of heat treatment, is not applied to our product.
· No filtering is done to cause separation of pollen.
For this reason, crystallization may occur due to the natural structure of honey.
It is "Raw Honey", that is, unprocessed, natural honey, as it is not pasteurized and its pollen is not filtered.
CASING
It has been carefully collected and filled from the healthiest hives of the Black Sea region. Since honey is pure, it may crystallize over time. It can be consumed in this way or it can be kept in hot water (45°C) for a while with its jar to dissolve.
To preserve the quality of the product, store at room temperature of 20-25°C, away from heat, light and moisture. Do not buy products whose warranty band is torn.
