Dibek Coffee 250 Gr
Dibek coffee is not actually a different type of coffee. It is called by a different name only because the coffee beans are grinded differently. Roasted coffee beans to be used for Dibek coffee are pounded in large wooden or stone mortars. Coffee takes its name from these large mortars, also known as "dibek".
Dibek coffee, which was prepared in this way in ancient times, began not to be prepared as before after the emergence of coffee mills and its widespread use. Just at this point, our teacher Ahmet MARANKİ started to work on making coffee that was pounded in stone mortars, with the aim of preserving both a cultural heritage and a taste.
As in the past, MARANKİ Dibek Coffee is now ground in stone mortars, moreover, we use raw coffee instead of roasted coffee, by adding cardamom, turmeric and grape seed powder to it, we prepare a more enjoyable and healthier coffee. Enjoy your meal…
